During this hour our main focus will be to discuss your current health status and specific goals. We will then develop an individualized nutrition plan specialized to your needs with guidance on how to stay on track to meet your goals.
We use this time to assess progress toward your goals. Together we discuss what is and is not working and create solutions to make sure you achieve your goals. Change does not happen overnight, so these sessions are important to keep you on track. (initial session required)
This optional service will help keep you focused toward achieving your goal during times spent outside of our sessions. Need some motivation? I will send occasional (2-3 times per week) texts or make a brief phone call to make sure you’re sticking to your nutrition plan. (initial session required)
