Hi! I’m Amanda, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals reduce their risk for chronic illnesses through dietary changes.
I approach this by incorporating sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes which is the key to achieving long-lasting health and wellness.
I meet you where you are on your health journey because making these changes are challenging and I will support and encourage you every step of the way!
I believe in taking a whole food plant based approach. What does that mean? Eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes. Not only are these foods extremely nutritious but scientific research continues to prove just how beneficial these foods are on our health. As a society we tend to gravitate towards processed convenience foods, however I can show you how to make these dietary changes easy, convenient and delicious.
I am excited to work with you on your journey towards a healthier life!
Plant based foods are naturally lower in calories
Eating foods lower in saturated fat and cholesterol improves cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
Increased fiber, antioxidant, and less fat consumption leads to improved insulin sensitivity.
